I first fell in love with photography as a child many years ago. I developed my first prints
in our family bathroom with the sinks running and drapes hangin over every light source. Over
the years I have tried oil painting, metal welding, acrylics, pastels, watercolor and even stained
glass. Through all of these mediums I kept returning to my photography.
While I was busy persuing what I thought was my ultimate profession of Medicne, I continued to
develop my photographic skills. I taught black and white print making and developing on occasion
while continuing to take every course I could on light, movement, mood, and the final element of
color. It was this final move to color in my photography that I completely fell in love with the
art of photography once again.
